2.1 CAN-SPAM օրենքի հիմնական սկզբունքները #

CAN-SPAM օրենքը (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing) ԱՄՆ-ի օրենսդրական ակտ է, որը կարգավորում է կոմերցիոն էլեկտրոնային նամակագրությունը։

2.2 GDPR-ի հիմնական սկզբունքները #

GDPR-ը (General Data Protection Regulation) Եվրոպական Միության կարգավորումն է, որն ընդգրկում է տվյալների պաշտպանության խիստ պահանջներ։
